We have reserved all 53 rooms in this hotel for this very special event for 5 nights (October 6-10, 2004). The deadline for reservations is June 30, 2004 so don't procrastinate!
Reservations can be made by phone, fax,
or email. The hotel requires a credit card to guarantee your room.
Reservations cancelled after September 22, 2004 will be required to pay the
equivalent of one night’s stay. This one night will be charged to the credit card
on file for the reservation.
Requests for rooms must include the reference name Heidelberg Lions Fest in order to reserve a room before June 30, 2004. If you do not include this reference name when you contact the hotel, they will not allow you to make a reservation.
